Our Story
It all started as a partnered senior year capstone project at Ashesi University, inspired by a year-long research conducted in 2023 by the Reach Alliance on the “No Bed Syndrome” in Ghanaian Tertiary Hospitals. The research highlighted critical inefficiencies in healthcare delivery, which led to the idea for M'Ayaresa HIMS. M'Ayaresa, My Healing in Akan Language, was born to advance digital health technology in Ghana. Our journey began with extensive research, collaboration with healthcare professionals, and a passion to transform healthcare delivery and access in Ghana and beyond.
